HOW DO I MEASURE MYSELF?
Bust: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Natural Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keep the tape a bit loose.
Waist: This refers to the waistband measurement of the pants or shorts
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your leg.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
No changes can be made after the order has been placed. Please check all order details when you're on the check out page.

DO YOU OFFER MONOGRAMMING?
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY POEM?
Yes! Monogramming is available on select styles. The embroidery will be centred on the pocket OR on the chest when there's no pocket. The color of the thread will match the piping on the set OR it will be white on sets without piping.
All monogrammed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Monogramming will add 7-10 business days to your delivery time.
If you have any questions about monogramming, please contact us before placing your order at info@poemloungewear.com. We cannot modify monogramming orders once they have been placed.
If you have selected "yes" for monogramming and the order is confirmed, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours to confirm the monogramming details with you.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY POEM?
Machine wash with like colors on the delicate cycle in cold water. Do not use bleach or OxyClean. Lay flat to dry. Your pajamas should be treated as delicates and should not be washed with heavy items such as jeans and towels. Washing as directed on your garment's wash care will extend the life of your garment.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders! Transit time for shipping is anywhere from three to seven days depending on the destination.

SHOULD I EXPECT MY PAJAMAS TO SHRINK?
As is with all 100% cotton clothing, you can expect some shrinkage. Machine drying will increase the degree of shrinking and is not recommended.
WILL THE PRODUCTS IN MY CART BE RESERVED FOR ME?
No, unfortunately, we don't reserve products. An order is confirmed only once it has been placed!
