Poem will gladly accept your return of all unworn garments for a refund, or store credit within 30 days of the invoice date. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, you will not be able to return the merchandise.
Garments must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached. Make sure to try on any bottoms over underwear. Poem reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is considered in saleable condition. Items that are deemed not saleable will be discarded. Poem will not send back any items to the customer, if deemed unsaleable.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the order. We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Please note customized and or monogrammed garments cannot be returned.
How To Return Merchandise
To begin your return, please click here
Please enter the order number and the order confirmation email. Then select the item(s) you wish to return. You can click “Return Item” and select “Store Credit” or a refund to the original form of payment.
Once you click “Submit Return,” you will receive your return label. Please affix the label to your package, take the package to the nearest drop off location, and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another trackable shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Poem cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. If you have chosen a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method for the purchase price of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred.
The return shipping fee is $7.00. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
